Welcome to the Addison Leadership Academy
I’m glad you’re here. I’ve spent a large part of my “retirement” traveling around the world as a keynote speaker and I love it. I love meeting new people and I’m honored to have some part in helping people find the motivation and courage to grow as leaders.
While the launch of the academy seems timely, I was planning it before the pandemic changed our lives. I speak to large crowds and have written a book and I’m so grateful for these opportunities. However, I want to connect to an even larger audience of aspiring leaders and help them develop their leadership skills.

I have a lot of experience and wisdom to share with you but I can not spread my messages alone. All of the social media posts, TV appearances, books, and keynotes in the world will not make the impact that the exponential sharing of ideas can. My great hope is you’ll find the courses here at ALA inspiring and helpful and you will SHARE the opportunity to learn with your friends, workmates, and loved ones.
